Brand refresh for Kiwi Homes Development

💥 At Tailwind we love a good brand refresh! 💥It’s a great opportunity to identify the strengths and weaknesses of an existing brand and create something new that is all strength and aligns with your business goals.

This new branding for Wellington-based Kiwi Homes Developments sheds the technological font and low-legibility tagline script to give the company a sharper and more refined look without losing any of its previous identity. 🏡

Our favourite feature is the new kiwi icon in the ‘O’. It was a fun challenge to create a friendly and memorable character within the constraints of minimal detail, single colour, and the counter space of the O.

As part of the brand refresh process we rebuilt the Kiwi Homes website and designed some new signboards. We look forward working with Kiwi Homes Developments to update more collateral in the future. 🧑🏻‍💻
