Upper Hutt City Council community newsletter refresh

Upper Hutt folks may have noticed recently that the Upper Hutt City Council community newsletter got a facelift — that was us!

The Tailwind team thoroughly enjoyed this project to create a new design for UHCC's Local Kōrero newsletter.

The brief was to create a flexible and functional template that works across print and email with a light, friendly, and engaging tone to connect with the community.

Inspired by the council's recent rebranding we designed this template that suits all of the regular types of news that the council needs to share. This is all contained in one InDesign template that is used as a print file for the local newspaper and also to export assets for the MailChimp email newsletter template we built.
