Te Kupenga o Rongomai branding project

The Tailwind Team is extremely proud to showcase our work on the branding of Te Kupenga o Rongomai Maidstone Sports Hub .

Te Āti Awa gifted a name for the facility to Upper Hutt City Council which means ‘the fishing net of Rongomai’. We were engaged by Te Aka o te Kupenga Maidstone Park Trust to develop the branding and marketing design.

We absolutely loved the process of learning and working closely with council advisors and te ao Māori experts to craft an identity that honours such a meaningful name and meets Te Aka o te Kupenga’s goals of presenting a place that welcomes every corner of the Upper Hutt community to call Te Kupenga o Rongomai home.
